These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website truckpermitoregon.com (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by ANV Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using the Website and our services, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are NOT a government agency. We are a private document filing service. Permits can also be obtained directly from government agencies.
TruckPermitOregon.com is a private third-party permit service not affiliated with or endorsed by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). We assist carriers in applying for official ODOT permits through the ORION system. All permits are issued by ODOT, and final approval rests with the state. Our fees cover only processing and application assistance, not state taxes or permit costs.
truckpermitoregon.com provides documentation, filing, and permit application services only. We are not a government agency.
The Customer must apply for Company services online using our automated system and provide valid contact information. Upon receiving the order form, the Company will apply for the permit and provide a copy to the Customer (in PDF format). If needed, the Company may contact the Customer for additional information.
The Customer must pay upon submitting an online order.
The Company has the right to decline orders if a Customer does not pay. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and at any time.
The Customer authorizes the Company to charge their valid credit or debit card. This authorization will remain in effect until payment is made in full.
If pricing errors occur, the Company has the right to cancel orders whether confirmed or not and whether the Customer's credit card has been charged. If charged incorrectly, the Company will issue a credit for the difference.
The service is considered complete once a Company representative sends the permit to the Customer via email. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the permit information. Permits will be issued according to ODOT standards based on the information provided by the Customer.
Financial information from customers, such as credit and debit card information, will be collected through our online automated system. We do not store or retain payment information. All credit card processing follows security standards.
The Customer is responsible for:
Government permit fees are non-refundable once the permit is issued. Service fees may be refunded if we are unable to obtain your permit. No refunds after permit delivery. Refunds for customer errors are at our sole discretion.
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee permit approval or processing times. We are not responsible for fines, penalties, or violations resulting from Customer's use of permits or operation of vehicles.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, fines, or penalties.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Customer's use of the service, violation of these terms, or operation of vehicles.
Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
